24HR CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT. DROP-OUTS WITHIN 24HR PERIOD BEFORE CLASS WILL RESULT IN A DROP-IN FEE CHARGE

- Bring separate indoor trainers or running shoes.

- Bring a water bottle and mandatory sweat towel.

- Drop-in Fee: $15 (e-transfer or cash accepted on site).

- Stay at home if you are feeling a fever.

**ADDITIONAL RULES**

Doors will remain locked until official class time begins.

Please form a line-up outside at the back alley door entrance; maintaining 6 ft. spacing between each other.

Please arrive with with a face mask.

Your contactless temperature will be taken prior to entry being granted, along with a quick verbal questionnaire.

Please arrive in your workout attire. The only item we require you to change is into your indoor shoes.

Please sanitize your hands upon entry into the studio.

Each person will be directed to an assigned area for which they will remain to begin class and the initial warm-up.

Circuits will be performed in a linear direction to minimize close contact with other class members.

Maintain a personal 6 ft "bubble" at all times from others; with the exception of coaching staff who are masked.

Each person will have a personal disinfecting spray bottle and towels to sanitize their stations before and after their workout.

Please bring a sweat towel to class; keep on you at all times. Avoid direct contact to your face with your hands.

Additional time will be allocated for sanitizing stations between changing stations.

Face masks may be removed during your class; coaching staff will be required to keep their masks on at all times.
