- 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT. DROP-OUTS WITHIN 24HR PERIOD BEFORE CLASS WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF THE FULL DROP-IN FEE.

- Mandatory separate indoor trainers or running shoes. (Entry will be denied without clean, indoor shoes for interior mats we train on).

- Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

**Communicable Disease Prevention Plan**

1) Stay at home when you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms.

2) Practice social distancing.

3) Continue to practice good hygiene (washing hands, surfaces, etc).

4) Cover all your coughs and sneezes.
