Our harvest season is so short, wouldn’t it be great to know how to lock in and enhance some of that fresh flavour? Join Deititian and Mac Market employee Florence Pelletier-Solasse at the Inspira kitchen and let her take you through the entire process of pickling cucumbers. Go through all the steps yourself, sterilizing, preparing your veggies, brinning and canning. Leave with a 500ml jar of pickles, the tools to do it again and some recipes for some other great pickled foods.

1.5 hour expert instruction, glass of wine and finger foods, 500ml jar of pickles (by the end of the class), as well as the exact instructions and a few other recipes.

À travers la stérilisation, la préparation des légumes, et le cannage, vous apprendrez les secrets de la conservation des légumes.


L’atelier d’une heure et demie comprend un verre de vin, des collations, des recettes de mise en conserve et bien entendu un bocal de cornichons!
