Yoga with Becki

About this event

Flow with me on Tuesdays online from the comfort of your own home. All classes are held live over Zoom and include a recording you can access for 1 week. To register for class, select the date you want to attend and a sliding scale price you want to pay (PWYC). A link to join the room will be e-mailed to you when sales end with 30 minutes before class begins, including an optional playlist to practice to.

*All Levels welcomes beginners and seasoned practitioners allowing room to move intuitively.

Mindful Movements (60 minutes) is an all levels yoga class designed to challenge you, while nurturing your body and brain. Come to class with a curious mindset, aiming to explore the expansiveness of your mobility through a breath driven flow.

Organizer of Becki Charles Yoga

Becki’s experience with yoga has brought connection to her life. It allowed her to be more connected to the world, communities around her, as well as herself. As she travelled and lived over seas for a couple years, her yoga mat became her school and the world was her teacher. She dove deeper into her practice in 2014, attending a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Kranti Yoga in Goa India. Her studies continued in 2018, completing 300-hr teacher training at Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre and Pre /Post Natal training with Nicky Poole. Her roots lie in Ashtanga, but have evolved through Vinyasa.

Becki’s classes come from the heart, creating a safe and inclusive environment for communities to gather. Come to her classes for a dynamic, breath driven, fluid flows. Through the union of movement and breath, she holds space for students to find their path through yoga, on and off the mat. While she isn’t teaching, you will find her running around with her dog Gili, or reading a travel book, dreaming of her next adventure.
