Learn about game jamming!
Have you always wanted to participate in a game jam, but were too intimidated? Have you already taken part in one, but found the experience exhausting? There are no wrong or right way to jam, but there are some best practices.
In this two-hour workshop, we'll:
- Demystify game jamming;
- Overcome fears by learning the basics;
- Get prepared for your next (or first !) game jam with easy exercises;
- Do an overview of the main tools and resources.
This workshop is open to everyone of all ages, backgrounds, genders, and identities. Kids are welcome but should be accompanied by their parental guardian. We have lots of room for parental guardians to just relax in the back while their child participates!
