Becoming a Better Man- Working to End Gender-based Violence

Event Information

Event description

Calling all male UW students! Through interactive exercises, this three hour workshop will provide men with the tools to become better versions of themselves. The dominant idea of manhood affects us all. More and more men are beginning to stand up and speak out about their desire to redefine what it means to be a man today. Please sign up for this workshop if you are interested in joining the growing number of men working to make UW a safer campus for everyone. Food and beverages will be provided.

Three workshops are being offered during the 16 Days to End Violence Against Women. Choose which one works best for you:

1- Monday, November 28 from 7-10pm in EV2 2006

2- Wednesday, November 30 from 1-4pm in SLC Multi-Purpose Room

3- Thursday, December 8 from 9:30am-12:30pm in Renison 1303 (Dunker Family Lounge)
