Wine Brewmaster's Dinner where experts, Rob Swiderski and Jordan Sudermann, are challenged to come up with the perfect pairing to match a delicious four-course dinner. Guests will have the unique opportunity to vote on their favourite pairing while enjoying a custom menu, hand crafted by our Executive Chef Cory Welsch.

Each ticket includes: Welcome beer & Amuse Bouche, four-course dinner with wine & beer pairings, taxes and gratuities.

Learn More About Our Experts: CRAFT's very own, Rob Swiderski, is a regular guy; he’s married, has three energetic boys and loves beer. The catch, unlike many beer-loving dads, Rob actually gets to drink beer for a living. Rob is one of the original CRAFT beer market founding members in Calgary, Alberta. He shares a vision with his business partners to bring locally sourced hand-crafted food and fresh local beer to the people. He currently holds the titles of Certified Cicerone and Certified beer judge, but enjoys continuously fueling his thirst for knowledge in the forever changing landscape of the craft brewing industry.

Our guest Sommelier from Mark Anothony Wine & Spirits, Jordan Sudermann, moved to Calgary 3 years ago after living in Eastern Canada and quickly learned that "West is in fact best" While in University, Jordan always worked in restaurants unsure what she wanted to do after school. She quickly realized that the answer was right in front of her and that she had an enact for selling booze and a curiosity for continuing her on going education in wine, beer and spirits. 6 years later and Jordan currently holds the role of On Premise Account Manager for Mark Anthony Wine & Spirits with WSET 2 Certification and Certified Beer Server diploma. Jordan is a firm believer in Rose All Day, Bubbles make everything better and the Best Wine Pairing is an open bottle and a table shared with friends.
