About this event
We will start right at the very beginning with this class. I will breakdown my entire sourdough process from start to finish, and take you right along with me. This can be your very first time trying to bake sourdough or you can be a seasoned baker (and everything in between!) and this class will be perfect for you!

- Creating a leaven and why
- Making the dough and a complete break down of timeline and bulk fermentation
- Shaping and proofing your loaves
