Have you been looking to start or deepen your yoga practice? You’ve come to the right place! I will be guiding 4 yoga classes this month via Zoom. I’ve planned these classes with beginner yogis in mind. The first class is only 30 minutes long, where we will go over some basics and get a feel for what a yoga class entails. The following week will be 45 minutes with more focus on tapping into your flow state. The final two classes will be 60 minutes each. Whether you’d like to try one or sign up for the whole series, I’m honoured to have you join. Let’s connect to our breath and get moving!
