Beginning Guided Mindfulness Meditation

About this event
This is an evening designed for you to breath and relax in a tranquil space. You will be introduced to different mindfulness techniques that include gentle exercises to bring awareness to your body. We offer various types of guided meditations to help ease stress and improve general health. From working with the breath, to gentle movement to guided visual meditations, we will provide you with some tools to bring calm into your daily life.
Please ensure you find a comfortable, quiet space to enjoy our time together.
This event is by donation. You can also attend without a donation. All are welcome. Please know that 50% of all donations will in turn be donated to the: Native Women's Association of Canada.
