Being Brave in Business w/Diane Lloyd, & Westshore Women's Business Network
Event Information
About this event
January 27th, Westshore Women's Business Network kicks off our virtual speaker series for 2022 with a powerful discussion with Diane Lloyd, Founder of Inspired Results Group and a certified Dare to Lead™ program facilitator.
This session is inspired by Diane's work as a Dare to Lead Facilitator and she will share lessons from Brené that informed her understanding of what it means to be brave in her business!
The path to “success” as a woman in business is filled with challenges that you overcome on a daily basis - marketing, staffing, supply chain and a pandemic!
While we navigate these outward obstacles with persistence and grace, we are often held back by the inner voice that tells us we aren’t good enough, or we don’t know enough. Sometimes labeled as fear of failure or imposter syndrome, our inner critic is often what keeps us from realizing our full potential in our business (and life).
As an entrepreneur, Diane knows these feelings well and will share her personal story of cultivating courage and overcoming the three inner challenges that kept her safe and small.
You will leave this session with:
- Insight into your inner barriers;
- Understanding vulnerability and how it keeps you safe;
- Inspiration to be braver in your life and business
