Come join us for kettlebell foundation classes - all levels are welcome. Expect a dynamic workout where we’ll sweat, learn, and have fun!

Learn fundamental kettlebell movements in this series of 45-minute, technique-focused classes. Each week will introduce new movements that reinforce the foundations of kettlebell training. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter looking to refine your form, these sessions will help you build strength, efficiency, and confidence with the kettlebell. Expect a dynamic workout where we’ll sweat, learn, and have fun!

Bring water and a towel. No equipment necessary.
Please takeoff outdoor shoes before entering the studio.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00-5:45PM. New classes added every month.

Costs:

FREE 1st Class: To kickoff your introduction to kettlebell training or your journey with Rock the Bell, your first class with us is free!

Drop-In: $20+tax

3 Class Pass: $45+tax ($15 per class)

5 Class Pass: $60+tax ($12 per class)
