Event description
This "how-to-do-it" workshop reviews all financial aspects of managing your condo, townhouse or bare land strata.

About this Event

Designed for both self-managed stratas and for those who employ a strata manager.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Budget preparation and presentation
  • Monthly financial reports
  • Banking arrangements
  • Investment of the CRF, and
  • Strata insurance requirements.

This workshop will be facilitated by Wendy Wall, VISOA Board Treasurer, and multiple-term President and Treasurer at her own strata.

This is a hands-on interactive workshop. Registration is limited to 14 in order that all can fully participate in discussions.

Tickets: $95. Workshop fee includes lunch in the classroom, a reference binder, a USB of all handouts and digital copies of two VISOA Publications: Best Practices for BC Strata Treasurers and Management of the Contingency Reserve Fund.
