Starting Sept. 8, 2016, the Occupational Health and Safety Act specifically defined what workplace sexual harassment is and dictated that every employer — no matter how small — must have a policy to deal with it.
HRP4B is delivering a workshop which will walk you through the new legislation and assist you in complying. Materials will be distributed so that you can comply on your own time. A ‘light’ breakfast will be available. Please pre-register by Oct. 19, 2016 so that we have enough materials ready to hand out.
