BIPOC TV & FILM is committed to bridging access between Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour creative talent and industry decision-makers (broadcasters, funders, production companies, unions, guilds, and associations). Our CBC Open House provides direct access to decision-makers and production executives at the national broadcaster. BIPOC creatives are invited to attend this virtual open house initiative—formatted as 10:1 group conversations—to expand their network, increase their access to opportunities at the CBC from Entertainment, Factual, and Sports to News and other departments including post-production and studio and field operations.
