Event description

Description

Please join us at the North York General Hospital's Teaching Kitchen located in the cafeteria on November 5th as we make some delicious Chicken Bistro Salads! Stay tuned as this week we cook with chicken breasts which are a very good source of selenium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, and niacin!

No prior experience is required. Please note that the class is free, so limited spots are available, and registration is required. The class begins at 4pm, allowing participants 15 minutes to get ready (i.e. handwashing, gloving up). The actual cooking will start at 4:15pm and run until 5:00pm. To save time, online waivers are available; however, please bring a copy of your confirmation receipt to class in order to participate.
