⚡️WELCOME BACK TO THE ONE AND ONLY BIZHACKS!⚡️
The 24-hour business-themed Hackathon where you use your skills to solve real-life business challenges. For the 4th year running, we are back stronger than ever and ready to present our students with the best set of challenges and mentors for a fun & engaging experience!
💢Timeline for BizHacks 2019💢
1️⃣Pre-workshops: You will learn necessary skills taught by business and tech mentors who are also invited to the main event. (Emails will be sent out after registration closes for RSVP- subject to availability)
1. BestBuy Pre-Event Workshop ** Subject to availability; first 100 registrations guaranteed spots if indicate interest on registration form
Date & Time: Jan 22 (Tue), 5:30 - 8:30pm
Location: BestBuy Canada Headquarter
2. SAP Pre-Event workshop ** Subject to availability; first 50 registrations guaranteed spots if indicate interest on registration form
Date & Time: Jan 24 (Thur), 5:30 - 7:30pm
Location: SAP Vancouver Office
3. Red Academy "Hack the Hackathon" Pre-Event workshop *subject to availability; please register directly with Red Academy after receiving discount code in your registration confirmation email.
Date & Time: Jan 28 (Mon), 6:00 - 9:00pm
Location: RED ACADEMY Office

3️⃣Post-Hackathon networking session (Date/Time TBD)

Vancouver is the hub of rising business-technology and the synergy of these two fields are becoming more important than ever.
💢WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?💢
We welcome all students to participate! You can either make a team of 3-5 people or participate on your own so we can match you up with others. Another way for you to look for teammates, is by posting it under "discussion" on this FB Event page. There could be other hackers who are looking teammates just like yourself!
You can be a fast-coding comp-sci student, a business-savvy entrepreneur, a creative graphic designer or a tech enthusiast; anyone can come up with creative solutions! BizHacks 2019 is a great opportunity to network, gain hands-on experience, build connections, develop great ideas, meet new friends, and most importantly, have loads of fun!
