Description

Join us to celebrate the launch of the new magazine by black girls for all girls! Writers and illustrators, as well as Editor Annette Bazira-Okafor, will be present to tell about their exciting project and cut the cake. Special guests: Itah Sadu, award winning author, story teller, and owner of acclaimed book store, 'A Different Booklist'; Darcie Sutherland, teacher liaison, inclusive school and community services for the African/Caribbean community, York Region District School Board; and Ayin Obasagie, elementary school teacher, Toronto District School Board.

Age group: 8 - 14 years old & all supporters
