Nurture your inner art connoisseur while celebrating Black artisans, this Black History Month at the Black Futures Market. Entry is free* to the market, featuring locally handmade goods, artworks and items by Alberta’s Black community.
The Future is Colourful
To celebrate the bright future of Black businesses and services in Alberta, this year we invite you to participate in one of many ways:
- Be the future: Show us on social media how you are (or support) the future of Black businesses
- Imagine the future: Participate in a community art feature
- Support the future: Shop Black-owned businesses at the market and donate to BOMYEG
- Love the future: Order our Sweetheart Boxes, on sale at the market and on preorder.
*Entrance to the market is free however guests will need to buy a ticket for admission into the gallery. Visit youraga.ca for more information on admission and hours.
