Description

This webinar is co-presented by the Alberta SPOR KT Platform and the BC SUPPORT Unit.

Webinar Description:

The Collaborative RESearch Team to study psychosocial issues in Bipolar Disorder (CREST.BD) is a CIHR (KT Network Catalyst) funded network dedicated to collaborative research and knowledge exchange in bipolar disorder. Our mission is to optimize the health and quality of life of people living with the condition and empower communities to engage in bipolar disorders research.

In this webinar, CREST.BD founder and leader Dr. Erin Michalak will share some of the lessons learned in the first decade of the network’s existence. She’ll describe what’s worked, and what hasn’t worked so well, during CREST.BD’s collective effort to meaningfully and authentically engage people with bipolar disorder and their supporters in the cycle of research and knowledge exchange.
