About this event

This workshop teaches us to be responsive not reactive. It also helps to settle down our thoughts and bring clarity decrease distraction and improve productivity. It makes our mind less busy and brings peace which enhances decision-making skills in order to bring down our stress level normal. It supports to transcend the ego and breaks down limiting belief systems and rewires the brain cells as well which can help us to get rid of stress.

This workshop also teaches us how to become observer. Watch out the breath while breathe in and breathe out. You can notice that there is an expansion of abdomen while breathe in and contraction of abdomen while breathe out. Breath is life force energy that can help us to live in the present moment awareness. We educate also about how to improve memory attention and reduces mind wandering and distraction in order to focus and stay on work. It also helps us to create a fragrance of self-love and Compassion. Compassion is the core of mindfulness practice.
