About this Event

This course helps us to transcend stress and improve productivity in order to bring happiness and joy. It improves positive and healthy relationship which brings freedom. We teach about breathing meditation technique as well. This program helps us to improve focus and attention. It also helps to settle down our thoughts and bring clarity, decrease distraction, and improve productivity. It makes our mind less busy and brings peace which enhances decision-making skills. It supports to transcend the ego and breaks down limiting belief systems and rewires the brain cells as well.

It improves memory, attention, and reduces mind wandering and distraction in order to focus and stay on work. Stress, anger happens when we react more therefore we educate people about how to be responsive not reactive. It also helps us to create a fragrance of self-love and Compassion. Compassion is the core of mindfulness practice.
