Join seasoned teacher and local resident Nicole in a one-hour, smooth-paced yoga class in the centre of Hamilton. With thoughtful instruction, you will be guided through a flow class incorporating a balanced sequence of standing, seated and relaxation poses.
Move into bliss.
Whether you're looking to recharge after a busy week or reset for the week ahead, this class will reinvigorate and rejuvenate you while gently building strength and length in your body. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
What time does that class start?
Doors will open at 10:15am and you're encouraged to arrive in time to sign in, settle in and set up for class. The class starts promptly at 10:30am. Latecomers will not be permitted.
I've never done yoga before, can I still participate?
Yes, absolutely! Thorough instruction will be provided during the class and you are encouraged to take it at your own pace. Be patient with yourself and do what you can but rest when you need.
With an open mind and a willingness to give it a try, anything is possible.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the class?
You must be 18 years or older to participate. All participants will be required to fill out a health check form and/or waiver form prior to participating in the class.
What should I bring to the class?
- Yoga mat (a few mats are available to borrow (first come first served) if you do not have your own.
- Water bottle
- Comfortable exercise clothing (please arrive changed and ready to practice as there are no change rooms. A single washroom is available if needed.)
How much do the classes cost?
These are FREE yoga classes but donations are welcome. Money received through donations will support us to host more free classes, including different styles of yoga!

Where is the class located?
Classes are conveniently located in Hamilton Centre, close to Emerald St North and Wilson Street with easy access by bus or car. Street parking is available. The exact address will be provided in a confirmation email to you once you have registered for the class.
The classes take place in a beautiful, open and light-filled living space. The building was formerly used as a church but is now a home studio. As this is home to Nicole, her husband and their two cats, please be respectful of the space and treat it as you would your own.
Eeek! I'm allergic to cats. Can I still come?
Yes you can! The space is a cat-free zone during yoga classes but if you have a severe sensitivity or allergy to cats please be aware that there are cats on the property.
