What you will learn: This 2-day Blockchain Foundational interactive workshop introduces all of the main concepts required to have a good foundational understanding of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies. You will learn about the market dynamics, Blockchain technology and the Bitcoin Blockchain infrastructure platform will be introduced. In addition, you will learn important cryptocurrency concepts. Also covered is the Blockchain ecosystem. Different types of Blockchains are discussed and an overview of the most popular Blockchains, namely, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple and Hyperledger Fabric is provided. The workshop will also introduce how business logic is handled on a Blockchain through smart contracts. Some fundamental portions of this course may be provided as eLearning.

The workshop also addresses emerging business trends including ICOs, DAO, and other Blockchain driven opportunities. Almost a dozen different use cases and case studies are covered across multiple sectors. The day also includes discussion on various governance models, business models and development of a Blockchain Lean Canvas for a given opportunity.
