Surprise themes, secret entertainers, heightened menu options. A Pop-Up restaurant takeover, bringing people of like mind and taste together, in an intimate 25 person, five-course, multi sensory setting, at Nellie James Too restaurant, James Street, Hamilton.
Topowe's Chef Tobias Pohl-Weary, and Nellie James Too's Chef Ken LeFebour, collaborate to serve up next-level art, music, food, wine and libations, in tribute of Hamilton's evolving culinary community. Augmenting each course with progressive wine, beer and spirit pairings, Sommelier Eamonn Kelly showcases local brewery partner Collective Arts, as well as various local small-batch wineries and distilleries.
