Because dining is about MUCH, much more than just food.
Sommelier/Mixologist Eamonn Kelly and serious local partners Collective Arts Brewing, Pearl Morissette and Dillon's Small Batch Distillers, provide progressive wine, beer and spirit pairings, with each course, encouraging conversation, engagement and education.
