Join us at BODability Mondays through Thursdays, beginning November 6th-30th from 12:10-12:55pm to take a break from work and get MOVING! Every level of fitness is welcome! No previous knowledge or experience is necessary, this is your chance to start from where you are and move to where you are not. Come learn with us, as Dr. Monica Chadha helps you learn more about your body and how you can move and breathe better, daily!

Register ASAP as spaces are limited!

Mondays: All things CORE! Learn to properly engage, contract, and strengthen these glorious muscles that help prevent lower back pain, and help us become very, very strong!

Tuesdays: Joint-by-Joint Mobility. Did you know that the human body typically consists of 360 joints? WOW! Come learn how to safely mobilize these regions so you can increase your strength and flexibility, to help you prevent or tackle your injuries.

Wednesdays: Balance & Strength. This class will push you through some limitations you may have created. The common myths of "I can't" will no longer exist and instead you will reprogram your brain and your voice to say "I will". Balance and Strength are an essential aspect to our physical fitness and even our mental health.

Thursdays: Catch your BREATH with this Breathing Class. Thursdays are not quite Monday, but definitely not end of day Fridays, and those office politics and employer/employee antics can really push your buttons. Come take a deep breath with us. Learn how breath control, various styles of breathing for varying functions on our day-to-day can be controlled and managed by YOU. Learn how this can benefit your mood, energy levels, sleep quality, digestion, and help with symptoms that may be present with Panic/Anxiety disorders, lower back pain, Irritable Bowel Dysfunction, Migraines/Headaches, and many other issues we face on a daily basis. Come lower your stress levels over this relaxed lunch session.

All of these classes are physical, so do come ready to MOVE. Bring your water bottles, towels, gym clothes, indoor shoes, notebook and pen/pencil, and smiles! Attend 1 or attend all classes, they are meant to teach you progression each week, so you are encouraged to follow through the entire course.
