Are you feeling stiff and achy?
Join Hedi Shah, owner of JUMP Wellness Coaching for a Body Up wellness session.
The session is by-donation and the goal of this session is to build flexibility, mobility, and energy.
You'll get to:
-loosen up the stiffness and better your posture
-improve overall mobility and flexibility
-reduce the chance of injury and increase recovery time
These sessions are low impact and welcome all levels of fitness and no equipment is required (optional: yoga mat, yoga block, and a cushion)
