The Mountain Bike specific bodyweight workshop is for any mountain biker looking to improve their whole body strength using just their bodyweight.
During the 4 hour workshop you will learn how to safely progress through different bodyweight exercises, starting with the basics and building up to some advanced movements.
The workshop will be limited to only 12 people to ensure quality instruction and plenty of time with Ben for individual feedback and coaching tips.
These workshops are really friendly and inclusive, so no matter what your currnet fitness levels, you will have a great time and learn loads.
Here is an outline of the subjects we will cover:
Warm up and mobilisation.
Squats, Lunges, Step Ups, Single Leg Squats
Pull Ups and Rows - Don't worry if you can't do a pull up! That is the point of this workshop - to teach you how to progress.
Guidelines for intensity, and planning your training.
This will all take place at a great gym facility in Bristol where MTB Strength Factory is based. It has loads of space to move and learn as well as free parking, changing rooms and showers for you to use and an onsite cafe for hot drinks and snacks.
