Naachlay is a high-energy Bollywood dance class designed for all levels - whether yo've never danced before or you're ready to slay the stage. It's a woman only safe space to move, express and reconnect with your Desi rhythm and joy.

Who can join ?

Any 14+ is welcome! No prior dance experience needed! Just bring your energy and an open mind.

What should I wear ?

Comfortable activewear you can move freely in (leggings, joggers). Sneakers are recommended. Avoid jeans and slippery shoes.

Do I need to register in advance ?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Spots are limited to keep the vibe intimate and fun. Register online of DM us to secure your spot.

How long are the classes?

Each session is 60 minutes, including warm-up, choreography breakdown and dancing.

What kind of songs do we dance to ?

A mix of Bollywood hits, remixes and cinematic tracks.

Can I bring a friend ?

OF COURSE ! Dancing with friends make it even better. Just make sure they register too.
