Guest Speaker: Dr. David Docherty

Dr. David Docherty taught at the University of Victoria in the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education from 1968 until his retirement in June 2008. He served as the Director of the School of Physical Education for 15 years


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This event will include the opportunity to try some seated exercises that you can do at home, out with friends, or wherever you are!  Facilitated by Robyn Bull, Yoga Teacher
