Terms and Conditions Payment Plan

  • Initial payment is required for your purchase.
  • Three additional payments will be automatically deducted from the card you used to make the down payment on the following dates:
    • April 15, 2020
    • May 14, 2020
    • June 15, 2020
  • All service fees will be charged on your final payment. 13% HST and credit card processing will be charged on each payment. Because of this, your final payment will be higher than the rest.
  • A convenience fee has been added to the service fees included in the final payment.
  • Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order, loss of down payment, and loss of any payments made prior to cancellation. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan. You must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payment is successfully completed on each scheduled date. You will be granted a 10 day grace period from each scheduled payment date to process any missed payments, and instructions will be emailed from Eventbrite to do so. If your payment is not made in full by the 10th day after the payment due date your order will be cancelled and you will forfeit all amounts paid up to that point.
  • All purchases and partial purchases are non-refundable. If you fail, for any reason, to pay any of the installments you will void your ticket and you will not receive a refund.

  • No electronic tickets will be issued for online purchases. All online purchasers will receive their festival wristband(s) and camping credentials by mail.

  • NOTE: Orders that cannot be shipped or orders completed after the shipping cut-off date (TBD, early July 2020) will be available at the toll booths (see Directions, according to the type of ticket you have).
  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges.

  • Only purchase Boots and Hearts 2020 tickets from the official Boots and Hearts ticketing page (you're here!). If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. Boots and Hearts is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
  • Program is subject to change without notice.

  • Performers and lineup are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • DO NOT tamper, stretch, cut or alter your wristband in any way. Altered wristbands will be invalid and the bearer will be subject to ejection.

  • Full event bracelets cannot be shared (i.e. different people using them on different days).

  • Registration of your festival wristband will be required prior to entering the festival.
  • Boots and Hearts is rain or shine!
