Description
Improving your wines
The Bottling Excellence Lecture Series, brought to you by Artus Bottling and Nuance with the support of Okanagan College, is designed to help you improve the quality of your wines by giving you access to leading edge presenters, technology and worldwide best practices. We will bring you one or two lectures a year, depending on access to presenters.
May 11th - Importance of DO and other parameters for quality bottling
The quality of bottling quality wine starts well before the bottling line. Plan to join us as we share best practices for best results. There will be an opportunity for networking with your industry peers, a Q&A session and a chance to tour the new BC Wine Information Centre Sensory Lab. There is no charge to attend, but please RSVP here to confirm your attendance and meals. The lecture will be held at the Ashnola Theatre at Okanagan College in Penticton.
