After a whole term of hard work and with exams coming up, you deserve a good meal to refuel! Join us in our BRAIN FOOD cooking class and enjoy a three course meal packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, healthy fats, lean proteins, and lots of fun!
We will be cooking red cabbage and carrot slaw, Korean-inspired kimchi tofu stew with tuna, and chocolate banana muffins. Come sample flavours from all over the world while mingling and learning about healthy eating. The recipes are quick, easy, and budget-friendly- perfect for a busy student.
