SORRY! This class is full.

This is the second of two bread-making workshops, a follow-up to the Oct. 1st class. Participation in that class is recommended but not essential.

Growing on the knowledge of bread techniques discussed in the intro class, you will explore bread making in more depth. An emphasis will be placed on sourdough cultures and how to maintain and use this living organism. In this hands-on workshop, you will bake bread and Alberto Pozzolo, proprietor of the Italian Bakery in Victoria, will also discuss home baking techniques to achieve great results!

This workshop is for people aged 15 and up. Space is limited to 10 participants, so please register early to avoid disappointment!

COST: $30 and bursaries are available to those in need. Please email admin@lushvalley.org to apply for the bursary.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring some to-go containers for any leftovers.
