Song Yirui, the leader of the Gang Intelligence Unit, leads his unit member to investigate a land expropriation case. As they overcome the obstacles, they were engaged in a fierce fight with the masterminds behind the case. In the end, they revealed the corrupted officers and prosecuted them.
