No. This event is open to anyone at any stage of their journey with money. This event is for anyone who wants to explore how intergenerational impacts their relationship with finances and ways to explore empowering ways of engaging with money that feel compassionate, aware, and mindful.

Is this workshop a substitute for therapy?

No - this workshop is not a substitute for psychotherapy or other healing modalities. This is an educational workshop aimed at providing information on the connection between intergenerational trauma and financial behaviors. You can address content gained in the workshop with a therapist.
