In this half day course we will learn how to gain confidence in our natural capacity for transformation and change. Join our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for our Breaking Bad Habits half day course. We will discover how we have the power to change and transform our tendencies from negative to positive through contemplation, meditation and mindfulness practice.

The half day course will be This morning course is an excellent opportunity to spend a Saturday morning in meditation training that will bring great benefit and meaning to your life. There are two meditation sessions with a teaching with a break in-between sessions. You are welcome to join us online or join us onsite.
