Grab your pink workout set and join in on what's to be the Breast Workout Ever - with all proceeds donated towards Keep a Breast Foundation. Join us for a 45 minute low-impact pilates workout led by Alessia Sculpt. Get ready for the ultimate pink workout, with fitness equipment provided by BALA and B Yoga. Post-sweat we'll have the chance to mingle, enjoy refreshments and toast to a morning of giving back. We can't forget the gift bags, which are stacked with tons of goodies!
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE -
Come suited up in a pink workout ensemble, your favourite sneakers, and we'll take care of the rest! Each attendee will be provided water, Bala Bangles to use during the workout and a special B Yoga Impact Mat that will be yours to keep post-event!

We believe prevention is the cure. Our mission is to reduce breast cancer risk and its impact globally through art, education, prevention, and action. The Keep A Breast app focuses on information, support, and self-check scheduling. The rate of breast cancer death is decreasing. It has declined by 40 percent over the past few decades. The reason? Early detection . We strive to empower youth to become their own health advocates, on their own terms, in their own voice and space.
