Breath & Bliss - A Restorative Yoga Series

This 4-week restorative yoga series is designed to give you the tools to manage stress using restorative yoga postures and breath work. Restorative yoga postures are long held postures in which the student is guided to set up a variety of props in order to the support the body in a position of comfort so that we can release muscular tension, downregulate the nervous system, and cultivate deep rest in body, mind and spirit. Each class we will use breathwork and 1-3 restorative yoga poses to develop a concious relaxation practice.This is an excellent practice for everyone facing the stresses associated with modern living and is specifically designed to support those managing stress disorders, anxiety and depression, sleep issues, chronic pain and immune system dysfuntion.
The class will run from 5:30pm-6:45pm Thursday evenings from April 19th to May 10th
