ABOUT

As the Sun and Moon come together in the sky, we come together for a gentle breath connection practice.

Inspired by the principles of Jyotiṣa (Vedic Astrology), nāda yoga (the yoga of sound), haṭha yoga (balancing solar and lunar energies) and vinyāsa (linking movement and breath), this is an invitational, trauma-sensitive session that creates space for you to connect with your breath.

Please note:

• This session does not focus on physical fitness/exercise.
• This is a live session only; there will be no replay available so please ensure that you are able to attend during the time that it is offered.

ACCESSIBILITY

• A video-capable device is recommended but not required. Attendees may keep their videos off for privacy or comfort, and are free to leave at any time.
• This session may or may not be recorded. If it is, only the image of active speakers will be captured; the recording will not be distributed to participants.
• This session will be in English. Zoom’s auto-captioning feature will be enabled.
• This is a trauma-informed, invitational space. You may take part in/skip any exercises as you wish.
• Unless otherwise noted, sequences may include a mix of seated, crouching and standing postures. It can be difficult to know what modifications to offer in an online class setting, especially if participants choose not to be on camera.
