In this free 1.5 hour workshop you will learn the basics of stress-reducing breathing techniques & meditations that are taught in the Happiness Program.

Learn simple yet powerful tools from experts who have been teaching these for 15 years!

What you will learn:

  • How to manage stress

  • Sources of energy

  • Guided meditation

  • Breathing techniques
