In our day-to-day life, we undergo different emotions. It can be happy, sad, anxious etc depending upon the situations or thoughts surrounded or from us. At this point, our mind often vacillates towards PAST or FUTURE leaving this precious PRESENT MOMENT unenjoyable. What can be a solution to be in the PRESENT MOMENT while dealing with our rising EMOTIONS?

CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS through BREATH!!

Breathing practices along with Meditation has gained a lot of importance these days. How can our breath control our emotions? Let’s see our connection between BREATH and EMOTIONS!!

- When we get ANGRY, we breathe FAST!!
- When we get SAD, we breath SLOW!!
- When we are ANXIOUS, we HOLD our breath!!

Isn’t, right? The moment we can control our EMOTIONS, tranquility in our mind is achieved. On other words, the mind will come to the PRESENT MOMENT. Come to our introductory talk and explore more about the secret link between our Breath, Emotions.
