About this Event

This class offers guided instruction on breathing exercises and gentle movements providing participants with techniques and tools they can use anywhere, anytime. Learn how to calm your nervous system to help with anxiety, stress, regaining natural alignment and posture, and coping with pain. Feel happier and more present in your everyday life!

Solene Chang has been teaching yoga, breathing, and meditation since 2001. She is an RN and mom. She looks forward to sharing space with you in the coming wintery months.
