About this Event

Breathwork Training : Module 5

Practitioner Essentials - 50hrs

*In alignment with international training standards*

10 breath journeys. 1 week. 3 Facilitators. Oceanfront Oasis. Embody trauma-sensitive facilitation for effective completion of trauma cycles. Cultivate depth in relationship with self, others and world.

** ** ** **

This 50 hour Training Module is for participants who have already completed a minimum of 250 hour training in Conscious Connected Breathwork. It is the final module in becoming a Certified Conscious Connected Breath Practitioner, according to International Training Standards.

This training is the intersection of science meeting spirit. A blend of practice, theory and experiential learning to ready you in supporting at a deeper, more trauma informed/sensitive level. Including in-depth practical council, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, human development theories, personal inquiry, etc.

Learn to support at the most subtle / direct and effective level to guide someone completely through a full breath journey / trauma response. Become a skilled and sensitive Practitioner. Practice staying grounded and centered when others are not. Empower the breather to embody their own breath, and heal themselves. Learn the deeper components of nervous system regulation.

Techniques shared will be supported with hands on application / facilitation where appropriate, to encourage a direct experience / felt sense. Skills of embodied professionalism will be encouraged and honed as you ready yourself to become a Certified Breathwork Practitioner.

This style of breathwork focuses on nervous system regulation/reset through trauma-sensitive facilitation while increasing capacity and resilience in a compassionate and gentle way. Move beyond limiting patterns, beliefs, injuries and disease stored within your system through breathing, movement, sound, emotional expression, cellular detoxification and exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

What makes each training unique is the extensive exploration and honouring of the groundedness of science and the guidance of spirit to fully support an embodied and connected human experience.
