Bringing Mindful Self-Compassion to the Table with kindful eating, mind-body nutrition and eating psychology
This workshop will provide you with RADICAL NEW WAYS of looking at your relationship with food, your body and your life. You will learn Mindful Self-Compassion core practices that you can use immediately to help calm that inner critical voice and cultivate a new, more compassionate voice that will support you to take care of yourself in more sustainable, loving and healthful ways.
Victoria Pawlowski, RD.,M.Ed., RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Dietitian and Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher with extensive training and experience in eating psychology. This experiential skill building workshop is for anyone interested in learning about the latest Mindful Self-Compassion research and core practices that can be transformative for struggles around food and body image.
