The City of Vancouver invites you to share your big transportation ideas for the Broadway area!

Background:

The City of Vancouver Broadway Planning Team is hosting a workshop to discuss transportation in the emerging Broadway Plan. This workshop is a space for diverse stakeholders to share their big transportation ideas and help shape a 30-year community plan. In the workshop, we will be discussing transportation through a variety of themes, including walkability, accessibility, transit connectivity, goods movement, micro-mobility and integrated multi-modal hubs, in the context of the Climate Emergency. The feedback provided in this session will help inform the development of visions and principles for the Broadway Plan.

When and where:

Thursday July 4, 5:15pm – 8:30pm

Please arrive early to allow time for check-in. Program begins promptly at 5:30pm.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

City Lab is accessible by Canada Line, #99 B-line, #9, #17, and #15 buses. Street parking is available in the area, and there is a public pay parkade beneat the Whole Foods, accessible from W 8th Avenue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but we will need your name and email address that you registered with. Space is limited.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes. However, due to space limitations, all participants in the workshops must have a reserved spot to the event. We will not be able to accommodate any unregistered guests. If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send an alternate on your behalf.
