These sessions will be offered using a web-based conferencing system called Zoom. We recommend that you log in at least 10 minutes in advance to test your connection. On the login page, type in your first name and click “Enter Room” as a Guest. Participants will require a headset with a microphone if they wish to speak. Those who don’t have a microphone will be able to hear the presentation through their speakers and type in their questions. Many computers and laptops are equipped with a built in mic that should work.
