What is the event schedule?

Is MaRS Discovery District accessible by public transportation?

Yes, MaRS is easily accessible via the Queen’s Park subway station on Line 1. Several bus and streetcar routes also serve the area.

Question 3

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are parking options nearby, including public parking garages and limited street parking. We recommend using public transit, ridesharing apps or taxi when possible, as downtown parking can be limited.

Is MaRS accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, MaRS is fully accessible with ramps, elevators, and accessible entrances.

Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be provided. Login details will be shared upon arrival and included in your conference materials.

Are there places to eat near the venue?

MaRS has an on-site food court and café, and there are several restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area.

Will there be a virtual attendance option?

At this point, no. We want to prioritize in person experiential learning, which is harder to do virtually.

Can I change or cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are 100% refundable (minus Eventbrite fee) until January 31st, 2025.
Tickets are 50% refundable (minus Eventbrite fee) until April 30th, 2025
Tickets are not refundable after April 30th, 2025
Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
You can always transfer your ticket up until May 15th, 2025.

Will meals be provided?

Your ticket includes coffee, tea and refreshments during the summit, but does not include any meals. There are food options at the venue, and also within a short walking distance from the venue.

What does the ticket price include?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes all access to the 2 full days of the summit, including access to an online community where all resources will be posted. It also includes an invite to a social evening at Stackt. It does not include any lodging or meals.

Are there hotels nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, several hotels are within walking distance of MaRS, including the Chelsea Hotel and the Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre. We recommend booking early to secure accommodation.
