About this Event

ExecEd Advantage Strategic Insight Series - Breakfast Event

“It is not the strongest of the species that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”

Charles Darwin

An organization’s adaptation to change is not a key skill, not even a strategic advantage; it is a basic element of survival. Organizations who are better able to adapt to change will naturally outpace the competition, but how do we do that? Although 70 per cent of change initiatives fail; when organizations get it right, 80 per cent succeed. The question is how do we move from a negative 70 per cent to a positive 80 per cent?

This interactive discussion, with guest speaker David Donaldson, examines the role of learning and development and how the concept of the “learning organization” helps by building resilience and agility into the DNA of an organization. In short, how do we build an organization that is able to outpace the competition?

Breakfast is included for this event.
